Lidia Brankovic is an artist, author, and illustrator. She writes and illustrates picture books for children (and adults).
Her debut book ‘The Grand Hotel of Feelings’ became an international bestseller, translated into over 30 languages.
Taiwan named it one of the best books of 2024, and it received multiple awards in Greece, Taiwan and the UK.
Lidias books have been the inspiration to many stage adaptions all over the world.
Lidia was born and raised in Kreuzberg, Berlin.
In 2022, she completed her design studies, focusing her Bachelor's and Master's degrees on illustration and picture books.
Lidias mission is to tell whimsical hopeful stories that put a fresh spin on concepts like feelings, thoughts, and mindfulness.
